Mortgage Law Summary

The Mortgage Law Summary (MLS) now is available exclusively in digital-only format! The digital product maintains the comprehensive coverage of mortgage laws in the U.S., Puerto Rico, and Canada—most recently updated in the final months of 2024 (and scheduled for another update in the 4th calendar quarter of 2025) —that always has been a hallmark of the publication. And being in digital format offers enhanced features that the traditional hard-copy printed book could not provide:

• Ability to access it anytime, anywhere on any Internet-enabled device (laptop, tablet, mobile phone, etc.)
• Greater search capabilities (keywords and by location, and the ability to copy and paste content)
• Easy to add additional subscribers (colleagues, clients, etc.)
• Plans to review and update content more frequently (previously on a biennial basis)
